Life can be so hard sometimes. It could be as heart-shattering as losing all you’ve worked hard to save for a lifetime to merciless conmen, or as heart-rending as being rejected by loved ones. 
It could be as difficult as coping with stress or as empty as the way you feel inside most of the time. Life beats you down faster than you can rise; you wonder how one is supposed to cope. Well, you don’t have to commit suicide or wish for death to end it all, you can actually have life more abundantly. 
You can prosper and be in good health just as your soul will prosper, all you have to do is stop trying to run your life the way that seems right to you. Haven’t you done enough harm already? 
Hand over yourself to the LORD GOD who made you. He alone can put you back together and give your life a meaning.
